LOIS GODFREY OF CALIFORNIA

Lois Godfrey has been an active member of the California
Federation of Republican Women since 1975, serving as President at
all four levels. Lois served as President of the California
Federation of Republican Women in 1998-1999; she continues to stay
active in her state Federation and currently serves as the Chairman
of the Past Presidents Advisory Committee.
A long time member of the California Republican Party, she served on
the CRP Board of Directors and was elected the Vice Chairman South
in 2001-2002. She currently serves on the CRP Rules Committee. She
was an Alternate at the 1996 RNC Convention and a delegate at the
2000 Republican National Committee Convention.
Lois was honored as Woman of the Year by Assemblyman Ross Johnson,
and was honored by the California Republican Party and the Orange
County Party with the "Chairman’s Award."
In June 2001, Lois and her husband were honored to receive the
prestigious “Lee Atwater Award” from the Republican Party of Orange
County.
She served as an elected member of the Republican Party of Orange
County from 2002-2006. She was the State Volunteer Chairman for the
Bill Jones for U. S. Senate Campaign; the State Co-Chair for the
Simon for Governor Campaign, and over the years has organized
numerous local, state and national campaigns.
As the Office Manager of Godfrey, Godfrey & Lamb, LLP, Attorneys at
Law, she oversees the day to day operations and manages the
accounting department.
Born in Minnesota, Lois moved to California at the age of nine and
was raised in the small community of Bell. She is the oldest of 4
children. Lois married her high school sweetheart, Peter, 42 years
ago. They have 2 children and 5 grandchildren.
