Nancy also has served on the North Carolina
GOP's central and executive committees for many years. As a member
of the 6th Congressional District Executive Committee, she served as
both secretary and vice chairman. In 2000, she raised money for the
party as co-chairman of the NCGOP Auction Committee. Today, she
continues to serve the NCGOP as the 13th Congressional District
Secretary. In 2007, Nancy was inducted into the NCGOP Hall of Fame
from the 13th District.
Nancy has also represented the North Carolina Republican Party as a
delegate to the 2000 and 2004 Republican National Conventions. She
has worked on the campaign staffs of Lauch Faircloth for U.S. Senate and Leo Daughtry for Governor. She served as the 1999
North Carolina ballot petition director for then-Gov. George W.
Bush. Today, she works for Congressman Howard Coble in his district
congressional office.
