Mary Jo Arndt of Illinois Utilizing the massive advancements in technology to foster more efficient communications, Arndt instituted a weekly fax/e-mail newsletter called The Republican Women's Connection and an e-mail/fax hotline, established the password-protected member section of the NFRW web site, and created the virtual Legislative Action Center.
