Gladys O'Donnell of California An accomplished pilot who trained fighter pilots during World War II, O'Donnell compiled useful training manuals on campaigning, community service, fundraising, leadership, membership building, program development, public relations and youth activities. She co-sponsored a coast-to-coast bus campaign in 1968 and created a nationwide series of workshop programs in 1969.
