40th Biennial Convention

Credentialing

 

Credentialing is the process local clubs and state federations use to designate their delegates to the NFRW biennial convention. These are the members who will have a voice and a vote on behalf of their local club or state federation when NFRW business is conducted, including election of national officers.

Delegates and alternates must be certified according to NFRW Bylaws. 

Club delegates and alternates must be certified by Aug. 29, 2019. 

State at-large delegates and alternates must be certified by Sept. 8, 2019.

Prior to being certified, delegates and alternates must be a current member in good standing and must register for the full Convention. Late registrants cannot be credentialed to vote.

Print forms are no longer used for credentialing; the process is now online.

Credentialing Deadlines

AUGUST 29, 2019:
Club delegates and alternates must be certified no later than thirty days prior to the convention, according to NFRW Bylaws.

SEPTEMBER 8, 2019:
State-at-large delegates and alternates must be certified no later than twenty days prior to the convention, according to NFRW Bylaws.

SEPTEMBER 18, 2019:
All credential emergency changes must be forwarded in writing to the NFRW President for her approval and must be submitted no later than ten days prior to the convention, according to NFRW Bylaws.

 

Credentials Pick-Up

Delegates will pick up their credentials on site at the Convention Registration / Information Desk, located at Registration 1, JW Grand, Level 3, at the JW Marriott Indianpolis.

Delegates must personally sign in and show a picture ID to receive their credentials.

  • Thursday, September 26, 2019
    2:00 pm - 7:00 pm
  • Friday, September 27, 2019
    9:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Saturday, September 28, 2019
    8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Sunday, September 29, 2019
    7:00 am - 12:00 pm
