SUBMISSION FORM FOR EMAIL ADDRESS CAMPAIGN
It is imperative that EVERY MEMBER sign up for the NFRW's free e-mail network, which includes weekly news and issue briefings, CAP Alerts, the Republican Woman magazine and more.

In an effort to encourage online participation, the NFRW is sponsoring an e-mail address campaign through July 4, 2008. CLUB PRESIDENTS are asked to submit e-mail addresses for at least 50 percent of the club's members, below, for a chance for the club to win a $100 club shopping spree at the John McCain online store. Club winners will be named in the following three categories:

  Small Club Entry:  10-100 members

  Medium Club Entry:  100-200 members

  Large Club Entry:  200+ members

DO NOT submit a member's e-mail address unless that member has given her express permission to be placed in the NFRW E-mail Network. The NFRW does not distribute unsolicited e-mail communications.

Only CLUB PRESIDENTS may fill out and submit this form.

To be eligible for the drawing, a club must submit e-mail addresses for at least 50 PERCENT of its members.

Clubs that do not follow these guidelines will not be eligible for the drawing.

SUBSCRIPTION POLICY: The NFRW E-mail Network makes it easy for a member to permanently unsubscribe from the service. The "unsubscribe" option is available in each e-mail message sent through the NFRW E-mail Network.
