ROCK HILL, S.C. - Republican women are deploying to South Carolina June 16-18 to rally voters in advance of the 5th congressional district special election on June 20, and they are taking Rosie, the National Federation of Republican Women's (NFRW) nationally-renowned campaign RV.

NFRW Strike Force volunteers will participate in get out the vote activities such as phone banks and door knocking, as well as several rallies featuring Rosie.

“We invite any Republican woman who wants to help, come to South Carolina and join our ranks,” NFRW President Carrie Almond said. "Electing Republicans continues to be our number one priority, and we are committed to helping our candidates cross the finish line with a win."

Media inquiries about the NFRW Strike Force should be directed to the NFRW communications office at communications@nfrw.org. Republican women who are interested in joining the Strike Force should contact political@nfrw.org for more details.

Founded in 1938, the National Federation of Republican Women is the largest and most influential Republican women's group in the nation, proudly representing the party that first made it possible for women to vote in the U.S. The NFRW works to increase the effectiveness and relevance of women in the cause of good government. Our mission remains to recruit and elect Republican candidates, promote the principles of the Republican Party, educate the public, and inform the media.
