South Dakota FRW's Legacy Award honors those members who have spent year after year, decade after decade, serving the Federation and the Party. SDFRW's first-ever SDFRW Legacy Award was presented to Judy Trzynka. Judy is an SDFRW Past President and has spent the past 50 years putting boots on the ground for the South Dakota GOP.

The Tennessee Federation of Republican Women had a great Ladies Day on the Hill in Nashville. The event included a visit to the House chamber and a luncheon with legislators. Over 260 ladies and 50 legislators attended.

It was a sea of red at the Alabama Federation's Legislative Days event February 27-29 in Montgomery.

In an action-packed Red Jacket Day on March 11, women from around the state of Idaho came to the state Capitol to hear from state constitutional officers, legislative leaders and other prominent women about how the state government functions.

Attendance and energy were off the charts for IowaFRW Legislative Day in Des Moines, Iowa, held Wednesday, March 20. This year's day on the Hill boasted the largest turnout any of us can remember with members driving in from all corners of the state to meet with the executive and legislative branches of our State Government, as well as representatives from all of our federal delegation and the RNC. Our membership goal is to increase by 85% in this our 85th anniversary year.
