I am a student studying on a political faculty and I wrote my dissertation on the topic of Trump’s policy, the teacher refused to accept it and did not even explain the reason. In my work, in which I wrote only the truth and the news about which nobody knows yet, you can read on https://writingcheap.com/

That's no solution! Mr. President, you'll have to do better. What's wrong with suspending asylum until the current cases are cleared. As a temporary solution, it would give breathing space. Of course, the clamor from the Dems would be deafening but ......bearable. The Sanctuary City idea smacks of tit for tat at childish level. However, I agree, that problem needs a solution also.

Transferring detained immigrants to Sanctuary cities truly does NOT resolve anything & certainly doesn't make the US safer. I am for ending Federal funding to Sanctuary cities. Closing the borders temporarily should help somewhat to stop the insanity of what is occurring. Suspending asylum might help although it appears that most are simply wanting better lifestyle opportunities & for that they MUST come through following the LEGAL process. How can we stop those that are behind this & promoting & funding these Caravans with the specific intent to destroy our country???

The illegal aliens should not be put in sanctuary cities -- they should be put in the blue suburbs and let those who want open borders experience first hand what an unplanned/unregulated influx to a community actually does.

I don’t support transferring detained immigrants to sanctuary cities. If they go to sanctuary cities, there is a much greater chance that they will hide and not show up for their immigration court date. I don’t think Trump was really serious about this policy. I believe Trump made his idea public just to demonstrate to the American people the total hypocrisy of the sanctuary city Democrats who claim to want to “help” illegal immigrants but, in reality, don’t want the expense and problems of illegals living in their own neighborhoods. I think Trump also did it to challenge Democrats in Congress to work with Republicans to revise our current immigration laws, which are hurting our country. If the Democrats refuse to work in Congress to fix these outdated immigration laws, Trump will use that against the Democrats in the next election, as he should. Trump is putting them in a political box. The Democrats better get something done in Congress to fix our broken immigration system, or they will face the consequences of angry voters in 2020.

I thought this was really funny when I heard it. I think this will not work though as sanctuary cities will just transport the people to outlying areas of their state. We will have illegals more scattered than ever before.

I don't think illegal immigrants should be sent to sanctuary cities/states. It will only punish those American citizens who are being abused by their crazy elected officials. The officials should be held accountable to the law & arrested & prosecuted for disobeying the immigration laws that are on the books now. I also think the illegals should be immediately returned to their country of origin.

Better yet, do not let them into the country at all. They should go to the end of the line -- literally -- and wait for their number to be called before they can apply for asylum or anything else. And that line should be outside our borders.

Get all the governors together and ask them to commjt to taking a certain amount of those who have not come here via legal channels. Also ask those governors to ensure they know the whereabouts if those assigned to them so when their hearings come due they show up.

It is already happening here in New Mexico. The immigrants enter illegally and then turn themselves into authorities. The are processed (background check, fingerprinted...etc.) and bused to Las Cruces, NM, a sanctuary city. The other sanctuary cities in NM have refused to take them. Imagine that. However, Albuquerque is now making plans to house some. But, Santa Fe has said they will help in 'some other way'. The system is broken. There are people at the border waiting for their turn and filling out paperwork. While others move ahead by breaking our laws. Shameful

There is an avalanche of online games dealing with the gaming interests of children. Parents can also have a good time if they are playing games with their children together. It also strengths their bond together.
