REAGAN LEADERSHIP AWARD

Dena Barnes, president of the North Carolina FRW, was named the winner of the 2011 award at the 36th Biennial Convention. She was among five state presidents selected as finalists based on overall leadership and initiation of new programs, increases in membership, participation in national programs, and excellence in public relations and campaign efforts.
