  Where Will The Convention Activities Be Held?
All meetings and events (except Regents Event) will be held at the Palm Springs Convention Center. Stay tuned to the weekly newsletter and this web site for updated information.

  What Is Included In My Convention Registration Fee?
Your full Convention registration includes:

Friday’s Opening Reception. The California Host Committee has planned a fantastic “Light Fare” meal and entertainment including a Fashion Show by David Hayes (designer to the Stars and First Ladies alike) and a musical review by Hollywood Revisited. Don’t miss it!

General Sessions on Saturday and Sunday. The NFRW will conduct business and will welcome several  exciting speakers who will make topical presentations.

Saturday and Sunday luncheons, featuring the My Favorite Teacher Award and NFRW Awards.

Attendance at two workshops on Saturday afternoon.

Credentials and Convention Welcome Bag.

  May I Purchase Extra Tickets For Individual Events?
Yes, additional luncheon tickets may be purchased for $60.00 per ticket. Additional Opening Reception tickets may be purchased for $75.00 per ticket. All guests need to fill out a separate registration form to receive credentials and meal tickets.

  What Is The Temperature and What Do I Wear?
Temperatures in September range from a daily average high of 102 degrees, to a daily average low of 66 degrees. Please bring clothing suitable for warmer weather. Comfortable walking shoes are a must. Business attire is appropriate for meetings and luncheons.

  What Happens If I Cancel?
If you cancel your Convention registration before August 15, you will be assessed a $50.00 cancellation fee. After August 15, you will be assessed a $125.00 cancellation fee. All cancellations must be received by NFRW in writing by fax or mail (no phone cancellations will be accepted) before September 1, 2007. Cancellations after September 1, 2007 will not receive a refund.

  Where and When Do I Receive My Convention Packet?
Convention Packets, including credentials and meal tickets, must be picked up by the registrant at the NFRW registration area at the Palm Springs Convention Center. Photo I.D. and Registration Confirmation Letter are required to receive credentials.
