Republican Women to Kick Off
Campaign Season at Palm Springs Convention
More Than 1,500 Republican Women Leaders
to Gather From Across Nation
PALM SPRINGS, Calif. –
More than 1,500 Republican women leaders from across the
nation will prepare and train for the 2008 elections during
the 34th biennial convention of the National Federation of
Republican Women (NFRW). The event is set Sept. 27-30 at the
Palm Springs Convention Center.

WHO: Speakers include Congresswoman Mary Bono (R-CA);
best-selling authors Gregg Jackson and Cheryl Shaw Barnes;
author and former White House Director of Speechwriting Chriss Winston;
counter-terrorism expert and author Maj. Eric I. Egland;
internationally-known motivational speaker Connie Podesta;
and, Middle East expert Jim Horn.

Founded in 1938, the NFRW is one
of the largest women’s political organizations in the country
with 100,000 members and 1,825 local clubs nationwide. The
grassroots organization recruits and elects Republican
