Your Voices, Your Votes - Our Future

The National Federation of Republican Women’s 34th Biennial Convention was one of the largest national meetings of Republicans this year. More than 1,500 Republican women leaders from across the nation gathered Sept. 27-30, 2007, at the Palm Springs Convention Center to conduct organizational business and to kick off the 2008 political season.

Attendees heard from presidential candidates, elected officials, military experts, political experts and other notable guests, including Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani and Congresswoman Mary Bono (R-CA).

WHERE: Palm Springs Convention Center, Palm Springs, Calif.

WHO: Special guests such as Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani; Congresswoman Mary Bono (R-CA); best-selling authors Gregg Jackson and Cheryl Shaw Barnes; author and former White House Director of Speechwriting Chriss Winston; counter-terrorism expert and author Maj. Eric I. Egland; internationally-known motivational speaker Connie Podesta; and, Middle East expert Jim Horn.

WHY: To give more than 1,500 Republican women activists the opportunity to:

TRAIN for leadership roles in government, politics, business and community by attending a variety of education seminars and programs

PREPARE for the 2008 political season by hearing from Republican leaders and political experts and VOTE in the NFRW Republican Presidential Straw Poll

Show SUPPORT for our military troops and HONOR one of America’s outstanding teachers

NETWORK with women from across the country

PLAN the future of the Federation and CONDUCT Federation business
