Ronda G. Falk was born and raised in Fayette County, W.V. She is the daughter of Glenda and Robert Sloan of Oak Hill and is married to Timothy A. Falk.
She serves as vice chairman and treasurer of the Fayette County Republican Executive Committee and as president of Fayette County RW. She is the past treasurer of WVFRW. As president of WVFRW, her desire is to bring glory to God and to serve in any capacity. Her goal is to encourage each member to identify and release their own abilities and rejoice in their accomplishments.
Believing that "unity is the soul of our membership and local clubs
are the lifeline of the Federation," Ronda urges Republican women to
clothe themselves with compassion and work together to demonstrate
respect, virtue, and humility. She acknowledges our Founding Fathers
who made sacrifices for what we enjoy today and expresses her
sincere gratitude to Republican women for standing up for the causes
that have made our civilization shine.
