Club's Annual Library Window Display Celebrates Foundational Documents
Each January, Garrett County Republican Women’s Club places a display in the window of the Ruth Enlow Library, Oakland, MD. It seems fitting in this historic year, with the election of President Trump, that our presentation celebrates the foundation on which our country was built, the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights.
