The NFRW Armed Services Committee is pleased to announce the 2020-2021 Armed Services Awards program. Awards will be presented at the NFRW's 41st Biennial Convention in September for outstanding club projects in small, medium, large and mega club categories.

Military spouses should be thanked for the support they give our Armed Service members. Their "service" is invaluable at keeping the home front going.

In recognition of Earth Day in April, here's a fun fact. Ken Bloomhorst, neighbor and family friend of NFRW Agriculture Subcommittee Chair Sovilla Mennen, illustrated the logo for the Environmental Protection Agency in the 1970s.

The National WWII Museum has been closed due to the COVID pandemic.  It is now ready to reopen on May 25, 2021, under new safety precautions.

Farmers and ranchers continue to reduce their carbon footprint while feeding more people.  In the U.S. today, farmers feed 166 people per acre farmed, compared to 26 people per acre in 1960. Celebrate Earth Day this year by enjoying some farm fresh food.
