Whether or not the Kavanaugh hearings will motive Republicans to vote in November depends entirely on whether Republicans remember that Trump may very well have one or two more SCOTUS appointments while in office. If another opportunity presents itself, Republicans should assume that the atrocious behavior we saw will be repeated. No candidate is immune from such protests, since if there is nothing in his or her background, the Democrats will gladly invent one, or two, or three if needed.

Similar tactics are being used in campaigns across the country, so Republicans had best make it clear that it will not be tolerated. The best way to do that is to maintain the majority with even stronger numbers than currently in Congress.

Numerous different issues remain in a precarious situation as does the Court's extremely authenticity after this seriously disputable process. There will be major political and social implications too, as the midterm decisions play out and the nation catches!!

Up to now, leading Democrats have avoided openly talking about removing President Trump or forcing him to resign.

But if this were to happen, a majority of members of the House of Representatives would have to vote for impeachment. We need to change our

thinking next election and wee need to vote wisely,
