Registration for the 40th Biennial Convention is closed.
SEPTEMBER 5, 2019:Deadline extension. Regular online registration, at a rate of $485, ends.
SEPTEMBER 21, 2019:Late online registration, at a rate of $530, ends. After this date, registration is on site only at a rate of $610.
Convention registrants will pick up their registration packets and welcome bags at the Convention Registration / Information Desk, located at Registration 1, JW Grand, Level 3, at the JW Marriott Indianpolis.
Registrants must personally sign in and show a picture ID to receive their materials.
