Each attendee may reserve her room online at https://resweb.passkey.com/go/NFRW or by calling toll free at 888.421.1442 or non-toll free at 402.592.6464. If calling by phone, identify yourself as being with the National Federation of Republican Women to receive the group rate of $184 for single/double occupancy, or $209 for a triple and $234 for a quadruple occupancy.
After Wednesday, August 27, 2014, or once the room block is sold out, the group rate may not be available, and additional reservations will be confirmed based on availability. Reservations must be guaranteed by a deposit equal to the room rate and tax for one night.

HOTEL UPDATE: The Grand Hyatt DFW is sold out on the night of Friday, September 19.
Attendees who have not made reservations at the Grand Hyatt DFW can book rooms at the Hyatt Regency DFW, which is located in Terminal C. The Hyatt Regency runs an airport shuttle that departs from the lobby every 20 minutes and that will take you to the Grand Hyatt in Terminal D. The shuttle departs on the hour, at 20 minutes past and at 40 minutes past. The transfer can take 5 to 20 minutes. If there are no other dropoffs, it will only be a 5 minute trip. When you want to return to the Hyatt Regency, call 972.453.1234 and tell the operator you need to be picked up at the Grand Hyatt. You can book your room through Hyatt.com or by calling 1.888.591.1234. The direct phone number for the Hyatt Regency is 972.453.1234.
