Should the federal criminal case against Michael Flynn be dismissed?

All charges should be dropped and to restore Michael Flynn's financial status, which was treacherously and intentionally devastated in order to get him to plead guilty. Every government official who schemed to slander or libel him should have their pension earnings slashed by half and given to Flynn instead! And they should have to make a public and written statement apologizing and exonerating him, or have their FULL pension given to him!

All charges against General Flynn should have been dropped the moment the DOJ declined to prosecute. Sadly, Judge Sullivan appears to want Flynn's head on a platter. By inviting third-parties to submit briefs in support of continued prosecution, the judge revealed his bias. Such briefs may be relatively common in a civil case, but are unheard of in a criminal case. In essence, he has put the matter out for a poll - will the number of briefs determine Flynn's guilt or innocence?
It is no surprise that the DOJ has said they decline to prosecute in order to "right a wrong".
The DOJ, under the Obama administration corruptly targeted Flynn for prosecution. With no Miranda warning and advising him not to have a lawyer, any evidence against him should be considered inadmissable as "fruit of the poisonous tree."
Continuing the case under the circumstances is persecution rather than prosecution.

Besides ambushing General Flynn and telling him he did NOT need a lawyer present, Denying him his Constitutional rights, the F.B.I. agent who interviewed General Flynn wrote up a 302 of the interview. That original 302 was later changed and edited a number of times by agents Struck and Page, to Deliberately put General Flynn in the worst light. This is F.B.U. Corruption, and the public should be allowed to see the original 302 and the revisions of it that Struck and Page made. This was a perjury trap and a set up against General Flynn from the very beginning, and President Obama knew all about it. Obama told President Trump to watch out for General Flynn. This was all planned out by the Obama administration, because they knew General Flynn would stop what they were doing and keep President Trump informed. Obama had to get rid of Flynn.
