Legally, business owners have the right to require that their employees be vaccinated against covid. However, if those employees who cannot receive the vaccine for legitimate medical or religious reasons are fired, those employees have the right to sue for wrongful termination and discrimination. Not being a lawyer, I can't say whether the employee or employee would win the case in court, but I'd place my wager on the employee, especially if he can prove the medical or religious claim is legitimate.

Everyone MUST remember that this is NOT a vaccine but an EXPERIMENTAL gene therapy. It has NOT been tested and WE are the Gueina Pigs. I have not signed up to be a test subject. Business places nor the government, anyone else should mandate this so called vaccine. It is crimes against humanity. It is against the Nuremberg Code. The so called vaccine is genocide. I do wish people would wake up and do their research. Don't believe the government. It has ulterior motives and it is not about health.

Businesses are being pressed to join the Narrative of Big Brother throughout this so called pandemic. I am aghast at the businesses here in my community who have caved and required masks through June 2021....and now have begun the discriminatory mandate of requiring proof of the jab. Businesses need to wake up, but they are thinking they are keeping their customers and clients "safe" by requiring the jab. it couldn't be further from the truth. Listen to Dr. Malone on Steve Bannon's War Room (shows are streamed on Rumble.Com) He is the inventor of the mRN1 " vaccine". he says the campaign should be stopped.

The Covid jab is not a true vaccine and there are legitimate health concerns from taking the jab that need to be given proper scrutiny.

Businesses do not have the legal right to require employees to receive the Covid jab.

Grateful to live in Montana where our legislature passed a bill, signed by our new Republican governor, that prohibits vacc requirement as a condition of employment.

For employers to demand their employees get the jab is irresponsible on their part. The vaccination has been so politicalized that it is difficult to know how this experiment is really performing.

Yes, the employer has the obligation to have a safe and healthy workplace but we now know that being vaccinated does not keep you from getting the Wuhan Virus or its variant! The employer needs to encourage its employees to exercise, take their vitamins, eat healthy and strive for a healthy lifestyle.

While I am totally opposed to the vaccine itself, I have to stand on the side of freedom, and that means the freedom of independent business owners to run their businesses the way they want to, including putting specific requirements on their employees. I don't know how the law would rule if an employee has a physical reason why they cannot take the vaccine. Otherwise, though, I think business owners have the right to choose whom they hire - only the vaccinate? - and employees have the right to find a different place of employment if they don't agree with these requirements.

As I told my friend many years ago when discussing her un-licensed, under-age son driving his grandpa's car on the Interstate Freeway because he had been driving the farm tractor since he could reach the pedals: we don't get to decide which laws we will follow. To live in a civilized society, we agree to adhere to the community's rules and laws. If the employer (public or private) determines that all their employees must be vaccinated against Covid or against Polio or whatever, then anyone seeking to work for that employer must get vaccinated -- or seek employment elsewhere.

Of vital importance regarding many issues, is that we look at the big picture. An effective way to help us to see the big picture regarding the vaccine is to ask Why:

1) Why is the vaccine an all-consuming issue in nearly every country around the world at this time, for a virus whose recovery rate for most people is ~99%?

2) Why have most governments and/or health agencies world-wide not only censored but banned the use of existing therapeutics, both as a prophylactic and a treatment?

3) Why have many hospitals been among the first to require this vaccine for employees?

Many other so-called why questions could be asked concerning this vaccine, as well as other timely topics.

We don't get to choose which laws we will obey, as I said to my friend many years ago when she complained about her unlicensed, underage kid driving his grandpa's automobile on the Interstate Freeway waffle game because he had been operating the farm tractor since he could reach the pedals. We consent to abide by the community's laws and standards in order to live in a civilized society. Anyone looking for work must get vaccinated against Covid, Polio, or whatever else the company (public or private) decides all of their employees must receive, or they must look for employment elsewhere.

That seems to be a problem with the connection to me. Can you check if this console is correctly connected to the adjacent one? If everything seems fine, you can try contacting support. It is possible that the control panel needs to be replaced if it flickers.
