No. It is already practically impossible to fire/remove a federal employee. They should be subject to the already established protection/policies of employees in the general civilian workforce.

No one should be so "protected" that they can't be fired, even when they fail to perform. This has little to do with protecting employees and is designed to tie Trump's hands so that he cannot govern from a more conservative perspective. Biden is clearly concerned that Trump will rid the government of leftists and is attempting to keep them in their positions even if they defy orders. Biden seems to believe that he should be allowed to do whatever he wishes, including Executive Orders such as student debt relief, which SCOTUS has already ruled unconstitutional. Yet he wants to prevent Trump from governing as he thinks is best.

I could NEVER support anything Bidon supports or says he supports. He lies about everything!

This is also why we have under performing teachers who have tenure. It is very costly and takes too much time for the process of firing a bad teacher. The same is true of any employee who has burned out on the job. They begin to act like robots with clouded thinking, inaccurate performance, and other mental challenges, I have experienced this in my own company. Unions produce very little productivity. Biden should not be securing the jobs of these people period.

How exactly does the rule read?

If I do a bad job at work or do anything unethical I get fired. Why should anyone else get treated differently?

No. The deep state bureaucrats are not elected by the people. They should only have those privileges that any government , state, city or county worker is given according to employee policies. They should not be protected! If they are bad employees the president (boss) should be able

to fire them like any other person who is employed in our country would be.
