Cindy Casaus was elected secretary of the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW) Executive Committee at the 43rd Biennial Convention in Orlando, Florida, and took office in January 2026. She is the director of NFRW Region 1, which includes Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. She also is the advisor to the NFRW Membership and Literacy committees.

Previously, Cindy served on the NFRW Executive Committee as treasurer in 2024-2025. She is a past member of the NFRW Campaign Committee.

A third-generation Arizonan and longtime grassroots Republican volunteer committed to public service, Cindy served two terms as president of the Arizona Federation of Republican Women. Under her leadership, AzFRW improved financially, expanded its membership and increased member engagement. She also served as AzFRW's treasurer and second vice president, president of Ahwatukee Republican Women and secretary of the Maricopa County Republican Committee. She is third vice chair of the Arizona Legislative District 12 Republican Committee.

She is a graduate of the Dodie Londen Excellence in Public Service Series, an elite leadership program for Republican women, and was elected as a delegate to the 2020 Republican National Convention. In 2022, Cindy was the recipient of the National Republican Senatorial Committee’s Champion of Freedom Award. 

Cindy earned an bachelor's degree in accountancy from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business and has worked in both the private and public sectors for over 20 years. Throughout her career she has worked as a chief financial officer, accounting & operations manager, chief of operations & communications, and assistant director. 

Cindy resides in Ahwatukee with her husband, David Noble, and daughter, Adeline. She is the vice president of the St. John Bosco Catholic School Advisory Board, a board member of the school’s PTO, and has served in various volunteer roles at her parish, including president of the mother’s ministry. 

Cindy believes in serving her community, promoting the ideals of the NFRW and the Republican Party, and providing a bright future for her family and generations to come. Cindy looks forward to ensuring the NFRW is a fiscally strong organization and helping the Federation grow and become a more powerful voice in American politics.
