CINDY CASAUS of Arizona
Slated Position: NFRW Treasurer
Cindy Casaus is a third-generation Arizonan and longtime grassroots Republican volunteer committed to public service. Cindy is currently serving in her second term as President of the Arizona Federation of Republican Women. Under her leadership, AzFRW has improved financially, expanded its membership and increased member engagement.
Cindy is a member of the NFRW Political and Campaign Committee and is the 3rd Vice Chair of the Arizona Legislative District 12 Republican Committee. She has served as Treasurer and 2nd Vice President of AzFRW, President of Ahwatukee Republican Women and Secretary of the Maricopa County Republican Committee.
Cindy is a graduate of the Dodie Londen Excellence in Public Service Series, an elite leadership program for Republican Women and was elected as a delegate to the 2020 Republican National Convention. In 2022, Cindy was the recipient of the National Republican Senatorial Committee’s Champion of Freedom Award.
Cindy earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business and has worked in both the private and public sectors for over twenty years. Throughout her career she has worked as a Chief Financial Officer, Accounting & Operations Manager, Chief of Operations & Communications and Assistant Director.
Cindy resides in Ahwatukee with her husband David Noble and daughter Adeline. She is the Vice President of the St. John Bosco Catholic School Advisory Board, a board member of the school’s PTO and has served in various volunteer roles at her parish, including President of the mother’s ministry.
Cindy believes in serving her community, promoting the ideals of the NFRW and the Republican Party and providing a bright future for her family and generations to come. Cindy looks forward to ensuring the NFRW is a fiscally strong organization and helping the Federation grow and become a more powerful voice in American politics.
