How do I activate my User Account?

The NFRW launched a new website on April 24, 2017. Usernames and passwords from the previous website are no longer valid. To activate your user account on this website, go to Enter your email address for an email confirmation link OR choose the "Quick Activation by Contact ID" option and use your NFRW Contact ID to create your username and password of your choosing. If you are unable to activate your account, please contact NFRW for assistance.

Why am I unable to activate my User Account?

Please be sure to use the exact email and name on file for you with NFRW. Incorrect emails, hyphenated names, shortened names and nicknames might prompt an error message. If you do not have an email in the database, you will not be able to use the email activation link as an option and must use your Contact ID. If you receive an error message or need your Contact ID, please contact NFRW or your state membership personnel.


What is my Contact ID?

Your Contact ID is the unique identifying number associated with your user account in our system. If you do not have your Contact ID, please contact NFRW or your state membership personnel.


What is the difference between a Member User Account and Guest User Account?

A member user account has full access to the Member Center and all NFRW archives, publications and resources. A guest user account does not have these member privileges and cannot access member resources.


How do I update my personal information?

Once you have registered/activated your user account, click on My Account and then Manage My Account located at upper right of the website. This will take you to the main user account page where you will be able to perform several account actions, including updating personal membership information, demographics such as date of birth, and information related to governance or administrative roles, if applicable.


How do I sign up to receive NFRW email communications?

If you are a current NFRW member, you are signed up to receive NFRW email communications. This is a free service for members. You can unsubscribe from this service at any time by scrolling to the bottom of any of our emails and clicking the “unsubscribe” link. If you need further assistance, please contact us.

I am a club president and need to update my club profile. How do I do that?

As part of NFRW’s new website and database, club presidents may update club profiles directly by following these instructions:

  • Activate/register your user account if you have not already done so. 
  • Once you have logged in, click on Admins located in the red menu bar.
  • Click on Update Club Profile 
  • Once you have arrived on the Update Club Profile page, type in your club name in the search box, and click on your club in the drop-down menu.  
  • Once you are on the club’s account page, there are five account action screens that need to be opened and updated:
1. Edit Profile
2. Edit Bio
3. Address Book
4. Contact Information
5. Demographics
  • Please be sure to click the SAVE button at the bottom of each screen.
