Suzanne Heinzmann was elected member-at-large of the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW) Executive Committee at the 40th Biennial Convention in Indianapolis and took office in January 2020. She is the director of NFRW Region 8, which includes Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont. She also is the adviser to the NFRW Public Relations Committee, and serves on the special committee for the NFRW 2021 Convention.


Previously, Suzanne served as chair of the Indiana Host Committee for the NFRW 40th Biennial Convention, and she was elected to serve on the 2019 NFRW Nominating Committee.


After graduating from Purdue University, Suzanne pursued a career in Customer Service, promoted to leadership roles, and managed multiple call centers throughout the nation.

Active in Republican Politics for the past 22 years, Suzanne has been involved both locally and statewide. Suzanne served as President of the Indiana Federation of Republican Women (IFRW) for two terms. As the previous IFRW First Vice President, Suzanne helped organize several events, including co-chairing the annual Tribute to Women. In addition, Suzanne has headed up the IFRW Scholarship for over 10 years.

She served the Hamilton County Republican Party as the Director of Special Events: chairing the Hamilton County Republican Party Fall Dinner for 10 years, organizing several Elephant Open golf outings, and coordinating some Lincoln Day Dinners. For her efforts, Suzanne has been recognized by the Hamilton County Republican Party and has been presented with the Edmund Burke Award and the Chairman's Award.

Suzanne is a graduate of the Indiana Leadership Forum (ILF) and served on the ILF selection committee and ILF Board of Directors. She has been a Precinct Vice Committeewoman and a delegate to several Republican State Conventions.

Suzanne and her husband, Jeff, have been married 24 years and have two daughters. She has been involved in her local community, has donated her time and talents on Parent Teacher Organizations, and has taught religious education classes at her church.
