Monica Kozlowski was elected member-at-large of the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW) Executive Committee at the 41st Biennial Convention in Orlando and took office in January 2022. She is the director of NFRW Region 7, which includes Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia. She also is the advisor to the NFRW Bylaws and Armed Services committees.

Previously, Monica served as chair of the NFRW Nominating Committee in 2021, and as a member of the NFRW Bylaws and Legislative committees. She is immediate past president of the Indiana Federation of Republican Women. She has participated in seven NFRW biennial conventions as a delegate and received the Indiana Republican Party State Chairman’s Award in both 2017 and 2020.

Professionally, Monica is a regional director for U.S. Senator Todd Young, covering Indiana’s 5th and 7th Congressional Districts. She has 21 years of experience in public service, having previously served both U.S. Senators Dan Coats and Richard Lugar. She is a graduate of the Richard G. Lugar Excellence in Public Service Series (Class of 2000-2001) and the FBI Citizens Academy (2003).

Locally, Monica has served as a precinct committeewoman in Indianapolis for more than 25 years. She is Pike Township GOP chair and past president of the Greater Indianapolis Republican Women’s Club. In addition, she is an active member of Kiwanis and past member of the Flat Rock YMCA Camp Advisory Board. 

Monica earned her undergraduate degree from Indiana University and graduate degree from Oakland City University. She is married to Colonel (Retired) Dan Kozlowski, and they have three adult children and three young grandchildren.
