Christine Peters was elected member-at-large of the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW) Executive Committee at the 43rd Biennial Convention in Orlando, Florida, and took office in January 2026. She is the director of NFRW Region 7, which includes Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. She also is the advisor to the NFRW Achievement Awards and Candidate Development/Coaching committees.

Christine also serves as president of the New Hampshire Federation of Republican Women.

Christine became a Republican at the age of five while listening to Ronald Reagan on the lawn of the New Hampshire Statehouse; this commitment was renewed when Governor John H. Sununu personally handed her a pencil on a fourth grade capitol tour.

She fell in love with the National Federation of Republican Women and its rich history at her first club meeting in 1999 and has been a part of it ever since.

Christine lives in Amherst, New Hampshire, with her husband, David, where they raised four children: Joshua, Madeline, Chloe, and Isabella; all three girls are active Federation members now, as well. She was an educator for 25 years and currently serves as chair of the local school board and runs a small business with her brother and sister. She recently earned a master’s degree in counseling.
