Should U.S. citizens convicted of crimes be deported to foreign prisons?

That’s a very nefarious question. U s citizens have due process and are put into US prisons. Only illegal, non citizens and alien peoples are deported to their country of origin. I do not understand the question. Are you saying that US citizens are being sent to other country prisons? If so absolutely not!!!

If they are US citizens, I would think their due process would include incarceration in a facility in the US. If someone is here illegally, my preference would be to send them out of the US back to their own country of origin. If that is not possible, then send them anywhere that will take them as an inmate. I honestly do not feel sorry for those that come here illegally, and commit major crimes. They should not expect to be treated like a US citizen. They do not have the same rights.

No. My opinion is they should be sentenced and then incarcerated in US prisons. If US does not have enough prisons then ask for more funding and allocate funding and build more.
