We are being invaded. We already have a shortage of doctors, nurses, educators, people not trained in the trades. Our country is being destroyed. We need to stop the madness, someway, somehow. Is voting in the right people the only way to save our country? I feel bad that I don't have any solutions. God save America.

I'm way beyond concerned. I'm astounded that so many in this nation do not stand up to this injustice to the American people. "When in the course of human events it becomes necessary ...". It is very necessary to clean house of those destroying USA.

"TOPIC: The Border: So what has happened is Title 42 has expired this past week. At the same time the Department of Homeland Security and Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas claim that Title 8 would take it’s place. What are Title 8 and Title 42? So there are two sets of laws, that govern in this country. The US Constitution and the US Code. The Constitution supersedes the Code. If any stature that is passed in Congress contradicts the Constitution, the courts may find that that law is unconstitutional and thereby remove it. Title 42 and Title 8 are part of the US Code.

Title 42 has expired, that was a measure, a provision, a policy using the Trump administration that was initiated back in March of 2020, as Coronavirus pandemic was spreading. The point of Title 42 was to give authority to customs and border protection agents, ADP agents that they could deny entry or turn away or expel illegals who were coming across our border on the grounds there was a health emergency in the United States that being the coronavirus pandemic and they could be rejected on that grounds, and they would not gain entry, this was very helpful. It kept our people who would not be Covid tested or for anything else. Because right now illegals are flooding the border, and these things show up later for they show up for their free healthcare benefits. Things like polio, antibiotic resistant TB, exotic disease that the United States either vanquished or we never had a problem with them in the United States. So Title 42 could have been as broad to include these other horrific diseases from the third world, like scabes pr polio etc. When Biden administration came into office, they continued to enforce Title 42, so on May 11, 2023, the covid national federal emergency was ended so because that was lifted, Title 42 also expired. The Biden administration continued to enforce Title 42 but only for citizens of certain countries, Cuba, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Haiti, Niagara, Venezuela and Mexico.

Title 8 is being touted as a replacement for Title 42. Title 8 is an immigration law, that is directly applicable for US immigration issues. It determines that a scion of the US Code 1158, that determines how intending immigrants can obtain asylum in the United States. So if such a person gets their feet on US soil, you can apply for asylum. Some say these are credible claims that they fear for their life in the country of their origin, then they get to stay in the United States, they have up to one year under this law to make an official asylum request through the proper channels. But in practice, under Biden administration open border policy, Title 8 just erases the US southern border with Mexico and allows in hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens who disappear across the country and never follow up through the legal system, why should they, nobody is going to make them. Mayorkas and other top officials claim, will now be authorized to turn away migrants, who do not already have an asylum appointment. They are suppose to use their free cell phones, to make an appointment on an app, CBP One App, https://www.cbp.gov/about/mobile-apps-directory/cbpone for an asylum request. Unfortunately this app doesn’t work that well so they aren’t making appointments. Also, they are suppose to seek asylum in the first country they come to from where they are claiming the country is threatening their lives.
