Mayorkas is violating his oath of office. He is not defending the country and upholding its laws. He is trashing the Constitution.

Even though this will never get to trial in the Senate, it was an important action. It showed that Republicans can stand up to corruption. Republicans in the House need to continue to shine a light on corrupt members of the Biden team; including Biden. These actions may wake-up the "low information voters" in time for the General Election.

It seems rather pointless to impeach Mayorkas (unless the charges are for lying to Congress or something similar). While his failure to protect the border is despicable, he is simply following Biden's policies. All blame for our open borders belongs to Biden, not to Mayorkas or any other cabinet member.

This impeachment is a message for the number of times he lied to Congress and failed to protect our border through his & Biden's policies. This sends a message and keeps the focus on the disaster they have created for our country by this open border policy!

I'm not convinced impeachment was the way to remove him from office. his actions and Bidens need to be stopped at the border! we have seen how the thousands to millions have already affected our medical, education and housing. this must be stopped NOW!!

I still don't think impeachment was the best course of action to take to get him out of office. His and Biden's acts must be halted at the border! We have already witnessed the impact on our healthcare, schools, and homes of the thousands to millions.
