Winter State Meeting
2020 is going to be a great year for KFRW and Republicans!
We are quickly approaching our January 31, 2020 State KFRW Meeting. All KFRW Members are invited and welcome to bring a Republican Friend. Thanks to your hard work and dedication our state membership is growing. Our third new club was formed in 2019!!!
This is a very important meeting you won’t want to miss! We will catch up on KFRW business, install new State and District Officers, provide training to all members on “Civic Engagement in Election Integrity”, as well as Officer Training for Club and District Officers.
We don’t want to spoil the fun by announcing everything at once, so we will send several more emails with meeting details over the next few weeks. You won’t want to miss the fun, or our seminars designed to Keep Kansas R.E.D. 2020 & Beyond!!

Hotel Registration
When registering be sure to book under the KFRW block of rooms (block code KRP) at the Embassy Suites Kansas City/Olathe Conference Center, so we meet our minimum room requirements. You must book by January 8th to get the KFRW rate which is $124 per night plus tax per room. The hotel phone is (913) 353-9280 and is located at 10401 South Ridgeview Road, Olathe, KS 66061. This is the same hotel and conference center as the KS GOP events following the KFRW State Meeting.
2020-2021 Installation
The 2020-2021 State and District Officers will be installed during the meeting. Those Officers will also have training at the end of the State Meeting.
Reports – State Committees and District Directors
The District Director’s Report Form and Committee Chair Report Form are being revised and will be emailed to the Directors and Committee Chairs under separate cover.
