On the heels of NJ Republican Legislators' unanimous recognition of New Jersey Federation President Cyndy Gallenthin, the NJFRW Board of Governors elected Cyndy to the time-honored NJFRW 55th Woman of the Year.

She has navigated the tense political landscape in New Jersey with grace and respect for all Republicans. Congratulations also to LD-23 NJ Senator Hon. Doug Steinhardt, Warren County GOP Chairman, on his election by NJFRW Board of Governors to NJFRW 2nd Associate of the Year. In 2023, President Gallenthin launched this recognition of NJFRW Associates with US Congressman (CD-2) Hon. Jeff VanDrew (Atlantic County), named as NJFRW's inaugural recipient.
