Club Delivers Donated Patriotic Books to Local Schools

Since the start of the 2025 school year, Washington County Republican Women Vice President Jean Merry has delivered donated books to area schools. The books (for Grades K through 8), promoting Americanism, honoring our flag and history of our country, were collected during our club's summer Patriotic Book Drive.

Our school was lucky to receive some of the donated books—such a great way to help kids connect with American history and values in a meaningful way. It actually inspired my students to create a themed level in Sprunki Retake that celebrates U.S. landmarks through music—learning can be fun and creative! Huge thanks to Jean Merry and the Washington County Republican Women for making this possible.
