Club Co-Sponsors Special Event with Frederick Douglass Foundation of Maryland
On November 30, Severna Park Republican Women's Club joined with Maryland's Frederick Douglass Foundation (FDF) to hold an event titled "Black History Unleashed," an introduction to the textbook "Black History 365," co-written by one of the speakers, Joel Freeman.
We were honored to be with well-known conservatives who focus on the accomplishments of Blacks in our country, rather than fanning the flames of the current "conflict."
Terris Todd of the Heritage Foundation, Yaya Fanusie of 1776 Unites, and Torrey Snow, president of FDF in Maryland, were brilliant. A special shout out to Nicole Bennett, 1st Vice Chair of the Maryland State Party.
