Strafford County FRW State's First New Club of 2022

Strafford County Federated Republican Women is New Hampshire's first new club in 2022 and the 9th club in the New Hampshire Federation of Republican Women.

The club was organized due to a growing interest in women looking to be involved and make a difference after the successes of the recent election, including the election of a Republican mayor of Rochester. This club was organized by one current Federation member and several new members.

The organizational meeting was held February 3 at the Revolution Taproom & Grill in Rochester, with 18 founding members and 30 total attendees participating. Young Republican Kayla Colson was elected club president.

Additional attendees included a handful of associate members; NHFRW President Elizabeth Girard; NHFRW 1st Vice President Rep. Deb Hobson; NHFRW Leadership Development Director & NHGOP Vice Chairwoman Hon. Pamela Tucker; SRW member & candidate for CD1 Gail Huff Brown; GMFRW associate member & candidate for CD1 Julian Acciard; NHFRW Women’s Engagement Director & NHGOP Press Secretary Maya Harvey; and, Rochester Regional Republican Committee Chairman & associate member Carlton Cooper – among many others!
