Club Achieves America 250 Membership Goals

In February, Republican Voices Advancing Freedom had the largest attended event for our club. Normally attendance is 20-30 people. In February, we had 68 in attendance.

We also broke through our club’s America 250 Membership Challenge of both the Patriot Keepers Guild and Liberty Builders Brigrade (10% increase) goals.

How did we do it?

1. Arrived at a compelling topic of having a representative from Turning Point USA to provide an update on the huge growth even in Minnesota. We also wanted to give our members the opportunity to speak directly with all levels of candidates in MN.
2. We needed to discover campaign contacts for over 30 candidates. We attended multiple political events from socials, debates and district fundraisers with the purpose of getting the contacts in these candidate-rich environments.
3. We wanted to ensure we had a large audience so the candidates would not waste precious campaign time investing in our meeting. So, we attended events at which other Republicans and candidates were present. We invited attendees by handing out our club’s business cards. We asked all members to invite people from their precinct at caucus night. We even had a group of members attempt to attend the Melania movie. As fate had it, we found ourselves in line to get ticket refunds. We simply asked loudly, “Does anyone want to learn about a Republican Women’s club?” Many hands shot up, and we made more connections.
