Leander Area Republican Women's Caring for America Committee partners with Hill Country Community Ministries, a local charity organization serving Williamson County and surrounding areas, by providing fresh produce to their clientele weekly, delivering medical equipment to the elderly and helping with financial assistance with utilities.
