ALEXANDRIA, Va. – The National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW) supports President Donald J. Trump as he fulfills his Constitutional obligation to fill the U.S. Supreme Court vacancy by nominating Amy Coney Barrett, NFRW President Ann Schockett said.

"Barrett is a brilliant jurist, noted scholar and conservative intellectual with a distinguished, unsurpassed record of loyalty to the U.S. Constitution and the law," President Schockett said. "As a Supreme Court justice, Barrett will interpret the law, not legislate from the bench, and will help shape the Supreme Court for the next generation."

“Once again, President Trump has delivered for the American people by appointing a justice who will uphold and defend the Constitution,” President Schockett continued. “Barrett is a choice women can be proud of. The NFRW stands ready to support her against any personal attacks or attacks on her judicial record during the Senate confirmation process.”
