Kentucky Federation of Republican Women members were honored to hear from Congressman Brett Guthrie, KY02, at the recent Executive Committee meeting in Bardstown. Congressman Guthrie's Washington update was timely and informative.

On Flag Day, Salina County Repubican Women of Kansas delivered snacks decorated in red, white and blue to the Salina Police Depatment and Saline County Sheriff's Department to say thank you for all they do in our community.

Two hundred people enjoyed the 16th annual Fine China Luncheon and Fundraiser hosted by the Salado Area Republican Women on June 6. The event boasted a record crowd and a record fundraising haul. Steve Munisteri, Senior Advisor to Governor Abbott, was the guest speaker.

Tucked away between the anniversary of a famous military campaign (D-Day, June 6, 1944) and American Independence Day is a lesser-known yet significant day that doesn’t get as much publicity. National Flag Day is June 14, the date that the national flag was officially adopted 246 years ago in 1777.
