WCRWC Celebrates 2nd year Anniversary of ReCharter
The Wood County Republican Women's Club, Ohio, celebrated our 2nd Anniversary of being rechartered in OFRW/NFRW.
Our celebration took place on June 13th at the Belmont Country Club, Perrysburg, Ohio with speaker, Dr. Linda Lee Tarver of the Republican Women's Federation of Michigan.
What a enthusiastic message she delivered and reminded us all of the struggles black women face and that we need to be strong and support the Republican Platform!
The original WCRWC organization began in 1935 and the highest membership was more than 550. While we aspire to such membership numbers, our starting number was thirteen and we are now at fifty-two. We consider all of success to the many women in our club that now serve in an elected capacity to help mentor and deliver the message for Republicans and women.
