It is clear that citizenship is granted to any child born in the US. However, the situation has changed drastically. Foreign citizens are coming to the US specifically to give birth to gain citizenship. This is especially concerning when they are from Russia, China or an Islam state. This portion of the 14th Amendment needs to be changed to reflect our current situation.
