Club Hosts Meet and Greet for Lt. Governor Nominee John Reid
On May 6, Loudoun County Republican Women's Club hosted a meet and greet for our lieutenant governor nominee John Reid. It was at capacity, and we had to close registration because everyone was so excited to meet our nominee and learn more about him. We also co-hosted with our 10th District GOP Chairman.
In 2021, Loudoun County was ground zero for the parents matter movement, an issue that made national headlines and propelled Gov. Youngkin, Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears, and AG Jason Miyares. This year, Virginia is only one of two states to hold statewide elections, and we have an outstanding nominee for ieutenant governor. We were delighted to host him so that our members and others could hear him speak about issues that are important to him and to us.
