The California Federation of Republican Women (CFRW) successfully held its Spring 2026 Board of Directors Meeting and Conference, bringing together leaders from across the state for a weekend of collaboration, training, and inspiration.

Club presidents, board members and grassroots leaders participated in workshops focused on leadership development, membership growth, and strengthening local clubs. The Board of Directors also conducted key business, aligning on priorities and continuing to build a strong, unified vision for CFRW’s future.

The impact of the weekend extended beyond the conference itself. CFRW’s work caught the attention of the California Republican Party, earning recognition in their weekly Top 5 Things Republicans Did in California. This acknowledgment highlights the important role Republican women play in advancing grassroots efforts across the state.

Just as meaningful was the renewed sense of energy and connection among attendees. Members left motivated and equipped to strengthen their clubs and expand their impact in their communities.

As CFRW continues its more than 100-year legacy of leadership and service, the Spring 2026 conference reinforced the power of engaged, committed women working together to make a difference.
