The Arkansas Federation of Republican Women is thrilled to host the Red Diamond Regional Meeting in Little Rock, Arkansas, November 5-7, 2026. This exciting event will bring together Republican women from NFRW Regions 4 and 5 for three days of learning, collaboration, and fellowship as we prepare for the opportunities ahead.
To ensure representation from all ten states in Regions 4 and 5, at least ten seats have been reserved for each state through September 24, 2026, at 4:00 pm Central. The remaining seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We want to ensure our Region 4 and Region 5 federations have the first opportunity to reserve their spots and encourage participation from across all ten states.

TENTATIVE AGENDA AT A GLANCE
Thursday, November 5:
Evening Welcome Reception at the historic Trapnall Hall: One of the most beautiful antebellum homes in Arkansas, located at 423 E. Capitol Ave. in Little Rock was constructed in 1843 in the Greek revival style of architecture.
Friday, November 6:
At the State Party of Arkansas Headquarters and Hammerschmidt Hall experience Leadership Institute training featuring a dynamic presentation on today's most important policy issues, practical leadership development sessions and valuable networking opportunities with Republican women leaders from across the region. Attendees will also enjoy guided tours of the Arkansas State Capitol, the historic USS Razorback on the Arkansas River and Pearl Harbor tugboat USS Hoga. Friday night's dinner will be on your own.
Saturday, November 7:
Beginning Saturday morning will feature a half-day of NFRW training and best-practice sharing, with the formal program concluding at 12 - noon. Attendees will participate in sessions focused on membership growth, communications, and grassroots engagement strategies, while also engaging in regional collaboration and leadership discussions designed to strengthen state federations and share successful ideas.
