ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Ann Schockett, President of the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW), issued this statement regarding Super Tuesday results.

“Super Tuesday contrasts the Democrats’ sad, socialist agenda with 'super' successes for President Trump and Republicans. Super Tuesday states are enjoying thriving economies thanks to Republicans’ pro-growth policies and agenda. Our commander-in-chief is soaring, with his overall job approval rating hitting 49 percent.

“Super Tuesday coincides with the beginning of Women’s History Month. Under President Trump, women are enjoying historically low unemployment and have claimed more than 58 percent of the new jobs the roaring jobs market has created since he took office. President Trump is delivering on his promises for women with the largest paid parental leave program ever and investing in Technology Education Grants to encourage women to participate in STEM careers."

Schockett continued, “The women of the NFRW stand with President Trump whose policies are empowering women. Republican women are putting our grassroots efforts into re-electing Donald Trump and look forward to working with the President and his administration for school choice, reduced taxes, support for small businesses, reducing human trafficking and other vital efforts.”

Founded in 1938, the National Federation of Republican Women is the largest grassroots Republican women’s organization in the nation. NFRW provides a forum for women to serve as leaders in the political, government, and civic arenas. NFRW objectives are to recruit, train and elect Republican candidates, promote the principles of the Republican Party, educate the public and protect the integrity of our electoral process.
