What a packed, full agenda we had at the Tennessee Federation of Republican Women's Spring Board of Directors Meeting on Saturday, May 22!
We began by sending a message to Congress. Our members held "Stop HR.1/S.1" signs and NFRW Legislative Committee member Millie Gump presented "Lobbying 101."
We adopted the Keep Nine Amendment Resolution, written for us by Nashville RW member Linda Knight. Nine delegates-at-large were elected to attend the NFRW Biennial Convention in Orlando in September.
Our own U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn updated us on the many legislative concerns we have in Congress. We closed the meeting with a group photo of our Senator and our loyal Republican Women standing unified together.
