REaDy to Lead Will Educate, Mentor, Support Women

The New Hampshire Federation of Republican Women (NHFRW) announces the formation of a new women’s leadership program, “REaDy to Lead – NH,” that will be run directly through the organization.

This is NHFRW’s first leadership development program created by members. The goal of the program is to prepare women for leading projects and organizations in politics and in life.

NHFRW Leadership Development Director and New Hampshire Republican State Committee Vice Chair, Hon. Pamela Tucker states, “The New Hampshire Federation of Republican women, in partnering with the New Hampshire Republican State Committee, are excited to announce the launch of Ready to Lead New Hampshire. It is a program designed to educate, mentor and support women across the state who desire to be leaders across the Granite State. This program formalizes what we already do - help each other to be bring out the best in each of us. I'm excited to start it and develop the future female Republican leaders in our state.”

NHFRW State President Elizabeth Girard adds, “In 2020, over 100 Republican women put their name on the ballot, and we hope to have even more Republican women run for office in this important election year. NHFRW is working closely with the New Hampshire Republican State Committee and Republican National Committee Victory Team to recruit, educate and support women who would like to get involved in New Hampshire politics. This program will be crucial in our efforts to get Republican women elected this November and inspire more women to join our team of empowered female leaders!”

This program was developed by NHFRW Leadership Development Director and New Hampshire Republican State Committee Vice Chair, Hon. Pamela Tucker, NHFRW Public Relations Director Kate Day, NHFRW Communications Director and New Hampshire Young Republicans Vice Chair Virginia Drye, and NHFRW Leadership Development Committee Member Margaret Drye.
