Club Celebrates 60th Anniversary
The Central Texas Republican Women community gathered at a sold-out event on February 17 at the beautiful Central Texas Home Builders Association Hall to celebrate the club's 60th anniversary.
We were honored by the attendance of a stylish and enthusiastic crowd of Republican members and community leaders -- dressed in Texas-chic and evening attire.
Kudos to the club's executive board and volunteers who ensured a fun evening ahead of the kickoff of the Texas primary elections. Highlights included fabulous keynote speaker Colonel Thomas J. Curtis (Vietnam POW for 7 1/2 years), Master of Ceremonies extraordinaire Representative Brad Buckley, Auctioneer fantastic Commissioner Bobby Whitson, and tunes by Southern Comfort. Past club presidents in attendance were honored.
The legacy of Central Texas RW will continue in Bell County.
