The South Carolina Federation of Republican Women welcomed 130 attendees for Legislative Day in Columbia.
Attendees enjoyed our Spring Board Meeting and a delicious luncheon at the Palmetto Club. We visited the State House and met with our legislators. We lobbied for some of the important bills we are advocating and are thrilled that two of these bills ("Help Not Harm" to protect children from "gender-affirming care" and the Judicial Reform Bill) both passed this session.
After posing for our photo on the state house steps, we topped off the day with a delightful tea at the Governor's Mansion. Governor McMaster and First Lady Peggy McMaster were gracious hosts speaking with us and joining us for many photos.
